When our Litter Pick Up was underway on Sunday it was clear that our Garden is starting to wake up from it’s long winter nap. The tulips as seen in this photo are well up and the daffodils are in bloom. This means that our garden clean up scheduled for Saturday morning April 27th is perfectly timed. We need to cut down the grasses and clear all the debris around the plants.
We will also be planting a cherry tree courtesy of Tracey Craig, Manager of the Georgetown Canadian Tire. This is a replacement for a tree they previously donated which didn’t make it through the drought conditions last summer.

We need lots of volunteers Saturday to get the job done quickly. All volunteers are welcome and there will be plenty of experienced gardeners to give advice and direction.
